An intimate Spring Equinox retreat for women designed to support grounding, reflection, and embodied presence at a seasonal threshold.
Rooted in the balance of the Spring Equinox, the retreat invites women into a spacious, gently held environment where slowing down becomes the practice and listening becomes the guide. Through simple, accessible practices — including gentle yoga, meditation, sound baths, ritual, and time in nature — participants are invited to reconnect with their inner rhythm and the quieter wisdom beneath change.
Set within the Sierra Nevada foothills at Deloro Valley, the weekend weaves time in nature with shared ritual and unstructured space for rest and integration. Nourishing, chef-prepared meals and thoughtfully designed communal spaces support a sense of ease, care, and connection throughout the experience.
Attunement is for women who feel called to listen more closely — to their bodies, their timing, and what is quietly asking to emerge. No prior experience with yoga, meditation, or retreat work is required.
For women who are seeking space rather than stimulation.
This retreat may be a good fit if you’re feeling drawn to slow down, listen inward, and spend time in nature without needing to fix or optimize yourself. It’s for women who value presence, gentle structure, and choice — and who appreciate retreats that are thoughtfully held rather than tightly scheduled.
Attunement welcomes women at many life stages, including those navigating transitions, thresholds, or moments of re-orientation. No prior experience with yoga, meditation, or retreat work is required — only a willingness to arrive as you are.
Over the course of the weekend, we’ll move through a balanced rhythm of guided practices, shared meals, and spacious time for rest and reflection. Each day offers gentle structure alongside freedom to listen to your own needs and energy.
Mornings typically begin with grounding practices such as gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, and sound, supporting arrival and nervous system regulation. Afternoons invite creative expression through healing art, music, or gentle movement, as well as unstructured time to enjoy the land — whether that’s resting, walking the trails, spending time by the pool or sauna, or journaling quietly.
Seasonal rituals, shared meals, and evening gatherings create opportunities for connection and integration without pressure to perform or share. All practices are invitational, and participation is always a choice.
Takes place at Deloro Valley, a private retreat property set on 132 acres in the Sierra Nevada foothills. The land is shaped by oak-studded hills, pine groves, open meadows, and winding trails, offering a sense of quiet and spaciousness throughout the weekend.
Time in nature is woven naturally into the retreat rhythm — with opportunities to walk the land, rest outdoors, gather by the fire, or simply be still. Thoughtfully designed communal spaces, comfortable accommodations, a sauna, and a swimming pool support both connection and restoration.
The setting is intentionally peaceful and held, allowing participants to arrive fully, slow down, and feel supported by the landscape itself.
Accommodations at Deloro Valley are comfortable and inviting, supporting rest and ease throughout the weekend. Guests will stay in shared or private cabins located at the top of the hill, offering added quiet and expansive views of the surrounding landscape.
Cabins include two queen beds, climate control, and interiors that have been thoughtfully designed and renovated. Newly remodeled bathhouses are nearby.
Photos of the cabins and additional lodging details are available on the booking page.

Throughout the weekend, participation is always a choice. Guests are welcome to engage fully, step back when needed, or spend time in solitude. The rhythm of Attunement is designed to support presence, integration, and ease rather than productivity or intensity.
